Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will mentor and train junior staff to support their professional growth. - You will assist in business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is preferred but not required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience in business development or client acquisition.
