Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality client services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will coordinate with other departments to support client needs and firm objectives. - You will lead client meetings and presentations to communicate financial insights. - You will stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - You have a CPA certification and at least 5 years of experience in public accounting. - You possess strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You have proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with client accounting services or outsourced accounting. - Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks. - Prior experience in a managerial role within a top-tier accounting firm. - Additional certifications such as CMA or MBA.
