Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality client services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. - You will stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred.
