Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver exceptional client service. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will coordinate with other departments to support client needs and firm objectives. - You will lead client meetings and presentations to communicate financial insights. - You will stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - You possess at least 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - You hold a CPA license or equivalent certification. - You have strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Prior experience managing a client services team in a public accounting firm. - Advanced certifications such as CMA or CFA. - Experience working with clients in diverse industries including real estate, construction, or nonprofit.
