What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals. - You will coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. - You will stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is preferred.
