Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will manage client accounting teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address their financial needs. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client engagements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial information. - You will support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client pitches. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services within a professional services environment. - You possess strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You have proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You hold a CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Background in audit or tax services. - Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and reporting. - Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
