Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager at Kaufman Rossin, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will coordinate with other departments to support comprehensive client service delivery. - You will contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential client needs and supporting proposal development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management, preferably within a public accounting firm. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Background in audit or tax services to complement client accounting expertise. - Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. - Experience working with diverse industries and complex client portfolios.
