Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee client accounting engagements, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and performance. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients. - You will manage project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings. What You Bring: - You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services, preferably within a public accounting firm. - You bring strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. - You bring excellent leadership and team management skills. - You bring exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - You bring proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You bring a CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Background in audit or tax services. - Experience working with diverse industries and client types. - Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills.
