Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality client services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. - You will lead client meetings and presentations to communicate financial insights. - You will stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed guidance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Background in audit or tax services. - Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. - Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
