Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee client accounting engagements, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. - You will prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients. - You will stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services, preferably within a public accounting firm. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Background in audit or tax services. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience working with diverse client industries.
