Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a top-tier accounting firm. - Background in audit and tax services. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms.
