Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and develop client accounting teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting and accounting services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address their accounting needs. - You will coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery. - You will mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. - You will manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. - You will stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients and the team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred.
