Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. Your leadership will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, while mentoring a team of accounting professionals. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients. - You will stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - You have strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You possess excellent leadership and team management skills. - You have proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You hold a CPA certification or equivalent (preferred). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Familiarity with client accounting services and outsourced accounting. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms.
