Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will participate in business development activities to expand client services. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - You possess a CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification. - You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - You demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Knowledge of advanced accounting software and ERP systems. - Experience with tax preparation and compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
