Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role is designed for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving team success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee the delivery of accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and performance. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients appropriately. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience managing complex client portfolios.
