Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting services. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client engagements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. - You will stay current with industry trends and accounting standards to provide expert guidance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience in business development or client acquisition.
