What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting services. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client engagements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. - You will stay current with industry trends and accounting standards to provide expert guidance. What You Bring: - You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services within a professional services environment. - You have strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You possess excellent leadership and team management skills. - You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You hold a CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification.
