Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. Your leadership will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, while mentoring a team of accounting professionals. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients. - You will stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - You have a CPA certification and at least 5 years of experience in public accounting. - You possess strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - You have proven experience managing client accounts and leading teams. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Background in audit or tax services. - Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience. - Prior experience working in a mid to large-sized accounting firm.
