What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will manage client accounting teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting services. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - You will analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all accounting activities. - You will lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial information. - You will contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for service expansion. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - You possess at least 5 years of experience in accounting or client services within a professional services environment. - You are proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other financial management tools. - You have strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You hold a CPA certification or are actively pursuing it. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Proven track record in business development and client retention.
