Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. Your leadership will ensure client satisfaction and the efficient operation of accounting functions within the firm. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for clients. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their accounting needs. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver exceptional service. - You will coordinate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve service delivery. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients. - You will participate in business development activities to expand client services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in public accounting or a similar professional services environment. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience with business development and client acquisition.
