Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting administrative functions across various departments. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and recordkeeping • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards • Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail handling, and general administrative support • Maintain organized records of correspondence, appointments, and client information • Support other administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, and document preparation with strong attention to detail Requirements • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; previous receptionist experience preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus • Computer literacy with good typing speed and data entry accuracy • Experience in customer service or customer support roles; previous medical or dental receptionist experience is advantageous • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
