As part of our partnership with MetroLink, we manage cleaning operations across stations in both Missouri and Illinois—ensuring every passenger experiences a clean, safe transit environment . Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and people-focused Operations Manager to lead the MetroLink Cleaning Operations Team. This leader oversees daily operations, scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, customer communication, and contract performance. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Oversight • Lead and supervise cleaning staff across Missouri and Illinois. • Ensure fair scheduling, accountability, and communication • Act as primary liaison with MetroLink representatives. Scheduling & Resource Management • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. • Ensure all contractual requirements are completed on time. • Minimize overtime through effective planning. • Conduct inspections to uphold standards. • Track and resolve customer complaints • Enforce scope of work and service expectations. Customer Communication & Reporting • Respond to clients and emergency cleaning requests promptly. • Track and bill out-of-scope work. • Prepare performance reports as required. Hiring, Training & Development • Recruit and onboard qualified staff. • Ensure all new hires complete training within 30 days .• Develop future leaders within the team. Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months) • 100% cleaning schedule completion. • 95% emergency request response within 1 hour. • Under 8% team overtime. • Fewer than 15 valid customer complaints per month. • 100% new hire training completion. Qualifications • 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience. • Experience scheduling and managing large teams. • Strong communication and problem solving skills. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Valid driver’s license.
