Job Description: Program Manager – Product Line Management (Development Labs & Electronic Classrooms) Location: Remote – One position based on the East Coast, one on the West Coast Travel: 50% or more (domestic travel required) Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance About the Role We are seeking highly qualified Program Managers to oversee the execution of the Navy’s Product Line Management (PLM) delivery orders. Projects include site surveys and installs of Development Labs and Electronic Classrooms (ECRs) at Navy Facilities across the US. The PM will lead assigned aspects of program planning, task order execution, subcontractor oversight, and risk management, while maintaining technical oversight across IT integration domains, including computer systems, networking, electrical, HVAC, and audiovisual systems. This position requires strong coordination with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and facility management teams to ensure the successful preparation, installation, and sustainment of electronic classrooms, lab equipment, and training devices. What You’ll Do • Manage and maintain Contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization. • Consult with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations. • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show management and customers project progress. • Oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks and assume the initiative and/or provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business. • Prepare, edit, and route awards actions utilizing the Improved Awards Processing System or other means of submission. • Assist in developing and tracking the execution of staff/division budgets, and assist in the creation of funding requests or coordinating cross-organizational travel funding. • Provide calendar management, initiating and monitoring schedule/meeting requests, and prioritizing these requests. • Participate in meetings and take minutes, capture all action items, and forward the minutes to the appropriate person for distribution. • Assist in the preparation, publication, and distribution of briefing materials associated with the execution of meetings/ events. • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), special advisory boards, and on-site and off-site working group meetings. Delivery Order Execution • Oversee site surveys, including electrical load analysis, HVAC capacity, networking closets, fiber/copper requirements, and furniture fit. • Coordinate NAVFAC-approved modifications (electrical, HVAC, access control, fiber optic). • Direct installation of IT/AV equipment, dual monitors, instructor/student workstations, cabling, and audiovisual systems to UFC and DoD standards. • Ensure proper testing, evaluation, and documentation (TFRs, AB-TFRs, as-built reports). What We’re Looking For: • DoD-related experience is required; Navy-specific training experience is a plus. • Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS in support of surveys, installations, and sustainment.
