We blend elegance with everyday comfort, creating homes that are beautiful, practical, and deeply personal. We are a small but growing team, and we are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a background in interior design to join us in shaping exceptional client experiences. The Role The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring that all details are managed, deadlines are met, and clients feel supported throughout the design process. This role requires both organizational strength and creative understanding, working closely with Katie, Laura, and the team to bring projects from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and trades to ensure smooth communication and execution • Prepare, review, and manage proposals, purchase orders, and tracking documents in Studio Designer (experience preferred) • Oversee procurement, shipping, and installation logistics • Produce and edit CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, cabinetry, and millwork details) • Assist with sourcing, scheduling, and presentation preparation • Maintain organized project files, ensuring all details are documented and accessible • Support principals with client communication, ensuring projects stay on track and expectations are managed • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple residential design projects • Identify and proactively resolve issues before they impact project flow Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in an interior design firm or related design role • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software required • Experience with Studio Designer strongly preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach • Familiarity with procurement, vendor coordination, and installation logistics What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who is not only technically skilled but also collaborative, resourceful, and passionate about design.
