That’s where you come in. The Role: As our Sales Support & Insights Analyst, you’ll be the go-to problem solver and behind-the-scenes hero for our sales team. One day you might be pulling together a killer customer presentation, the next you’ll be digging into numbers to spot trends that help us win on the shelf. If you love variety, teamwork, and making an impact, this role is for you. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations & Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our sales team as they bring our granola bars to retailers, distributors, and customers nationwide. You’ll blend strong organizational skills with analytical thinking to ensure the sales team has the tools, insights, and resources they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help drive growth in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. What You’ll Do: • Support our sales team with presentations, product sheets, and everything they need to wow customers. • Keep our CRM and sales data clean, accurate, and easy to use. • Track sales, promotions, and customer trends — then share insights that help us grow. • Build reports and dashboards that make the numbers tell a story. • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to keep sales running smoothly. • Bring fresh ideas to make our sales process faster, smarter, and more fun. What You Bring: • A knack for numbers and problem-solving (Excel, CRM, or data tools are your friends). • Organization skills that keep the sales team on track. • Clear communication — you can explain insights without the jargon. • A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed. • Bonus points if you’ve worked in sales support, operations, or with consumer products before.
