Drive strategic growth by identifying and closing large enterprise SaaS deals, lead discovery sessions with executives, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage contract negotiations.
Must have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven ability to close complex deals and engage senior business and technical leaders.
REQUIREMENTS Must-have • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS solution sales experience with a track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals. • Ability to effectively engage with senior business leaders, executives, and high-level technical roles. • Strong strategic selling skills, with experience managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving focus and clarity around new solutions. • High energy, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in emerging technology. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams. • Ability to collaborate with system integrator partners inside of large enterprises. Nice-to-have • Experience in DevOps, DevTools, or QA/Testing ecosystems. RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive strategic growth of TrueTest by identifying, developing, and closing large, complex opportunities across enterprise accounts in the Americas region. • Partner with regional Account Managers as a sales overlay specialist, focusing exclusively on positioning and selling TrueTest into key strategic accounts. • Lead discovery sessions and articulate the business value of TrueTest to executive and technical stakeholders, including C-Suite decision-makers. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for TrueTest within top accounts, coordinating with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams. • Create and deliver compelling pricing proposals, manage negotiations, and drive enterprise-level contract execution. • Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and partners and act as a subject-matter expert on TrueTest in customer engagements, QBRs, and executive briefings. • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurately forecast large-deal opportunities.
