Job Title: Workday Extend Developer (Remote) Location: Remote – US or Canada Duration: Contract (Long-term potential) $90/hr Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to join our team and support ongoing Workday development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building, testing, and deploying custom applications using Workday Extend, along with strong integration and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and develop custom applications within the Workday Extend platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver scalable solutions. Build, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications following best practices. Integrate Workday Extend apps with core Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.). Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Workday Extend solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend is mandatory 3+ years of Workday development experience, including 1+ year in Workday Extend Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP) Solid understanding of Workday HCM modules and integration frameworks Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Workday Extend Certification – a plus (not mandatory) Work Environment: 100% Remote – candidates must be based in the US or Canada Collaborative, client-facing role with long-term project potential
