Position Overview The Senior HR Manager leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. It offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to influence people practices in a dynamic and growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Kashi’s goals and objectives and workforce needs. • Lead and manage the HR function (or team), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with long-term organizational objectives. Talent Acquisition and Management: • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly. • Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, performance management and succession planning. Employee Engagement & Retention: • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Create and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. HR Operations & Compliance: • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements. • Oversee employee relations and handle complex HR issues and disputes. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. • Use HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and identify improvement opportunities. • Drive continuous process enhancements to improve HR efficiency. Performance & Organizational Development: • Oversee performance management systems, ensuring constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals. • Identify training needs and implement programs to support career growth. Compensation & Benefits: • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. • Manage performance evaluation and reward systems to recognize and motivate employees. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 5-8 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager level requires 8+ years). • Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices. • Proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and driving organizational change. Skills & Competencies • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
