Job Breakdown We're seeking a Producer for our growing full-service advertising agency. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires an experienced and ambitious candidate who's ready for a creative challenge. The Producer will work closely with internal agency teams, creatives, vendors, and clients to ensure project success. The role involves scoping the job, hiring vendors, and managing budgets, schedules, and production processes. The Producer will oversee the delivery of various projects, such as broadcast/video and radio ads, digital and social content, case studies, and marketing videos. The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills and soft skills, including the ability to handle competing demands and changes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Production Scoping • Develop production scopes and costs for both large-scale TV/video productions as well as suites of content for social and digital media. • Navigate multiple expectations and needs while managing the budget and not compromising on the quality of the work. • Manage usage fees, talent, and contracts. • Partner with finance on estimates, purchase orders, billable costs and people investments required. Project Management • Oversee TV, video, digital, social, audio, and tech innovation productions for our agency clients. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and ensure that they are executed successfully and to the creative vision. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the production process for advertising campaigns, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases (including editing, sound design, and color correction). • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met for each project. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and find solutions to keep projects on track. Vendor Relations • Has and maintains relationships with supplier, partner contacts including but not limited to national and local directing talent, casting agents, and location scouters. • Research vendor, director, editor, and artist reels daily. • Negotiate talent contracts with non-union jobs. Requirements • Must be able to travel for in and out-of-state productions. • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced ad agency in either a broadcast, integrated, and/or digital producer role. • Previous broadcasting and video production experience is required. • Strong understanding of video production executions & deliverables. • Knowledge of advertising production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production. • Skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or other video editing, motion design is a huge plus. • Experience with budget management and the ability to ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met. • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams, clients, vendors, and production teams. • Background of experience working closely with creative professionals, including copywriters, art directors, and designers. • Comfortable meeting clients - listening to their needs and trusted to manage the process for them. • Motivated to stay informed on current global culture, diversity, entertainment, music, sports, art, new media, tech innovation, and style trends.
