Title: Sr. / Lead .NET Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Experience Required: 10+ Years Only W2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. / Lead .NET Developer for a client project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, AWS, React, and Redux, along with proven experience building and supporting scalable enterprise applications. Required Skills • 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Development • Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services • Strong front-end development experience with React.js and Redux • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems • Strong understanding of full-stack application development • Experience working in a Senior / Lead Developer role • Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications • Build and enhance backend services using .NET Core • Develop responsive UI components using React and Redux • Work with AWS services for cloud-based application deployment and support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholders • Lead technical design discussions and provide development best practices
