Job Description: Job Title: System Vice President, Future Student Engagement and Enrollment Strategy Department: Operations Job Purpose: The System Vice President, Future Student Engagement and Enrollment Strategy leads coordinated efforts across The Community Solution Education System to strengthen engagement with future students. In partnership with institutional admissions leaders, the role advances a shared, student-centered engagement model designed to improve conversion performance from inquiry through matriculation, while honoring institutional distinctiveness and preserving institutional responsibility for enrollment strategy and execution. The position oversees the development and evolution of engagement architecture designed to establish shared standards and alignment across the System, including communication frameworks, conversion playbooks, performance standards, and shared measurement tools supported by common data definitions, CRM workflows, and dashboards. Grounded in market intelligence, this work translates admissions insights into actionable guidance on student demand, competitive positioning, and conversion trends, driving measurable improvement in recruitment effectiveness. The System Vice President partners with college Presidents, Chief Academic Officers, and institutional admissions leaders to promote alignment and performance transparency across institutions. Institutional admissions leaders report within their respective institutions and have a formal dotted-line relationship to the System Vice President to ensure alignment with shared engagement standards, performance expectations, and coordinated review processes. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure focus and impact, the System Vice President’s work is organized around three integrated areas of responsibility. Systemwide Future Student Engagement Strategy Leads the design and advancement of a shared, student-centered engagement framework that promotes consistent standards, measurable improvement in conversion performance, and strong student experience outcomes, while preserving institutional responsibility for enrollment strategy and execution. Key Accountabilities Include: • Establishing shared engagement standards and common funnel definitions that promote consistent, student-centered engagement practices across institutions. • Developing scalable engagement playbooks and conversion frameworks that strengthen experiences from inquiry through matriculation. • Providing consultative guidance and performance insight informed by shared dashboards and agreed-upon performance measures to strengthen funnel health and yield performance. • Designing and supporting shared yield frameworks, including faculty engagement touchpoints, program highlights, student readiness pathways, and targeted engagement interventions. • Translating engagement performance trends into actionable insights and strategic recommendations at both the System and institutional levels. Performance measurement frameworks may incorporate conversion trends, yield indicators, and enrollment quality measures aligned with institutional financial and student success goals. Strategic Enrollment Growth and Market insight Supports enrollment growth initiatives through shared market insights, program demand signals, and competitive analysis, coordinated engagement enablement, and cross-institutional collaboration. Key Accountabilities Include: • Translating shared market and enrollment insights into actionable engagement frameworks, enrollment mapping tools, and prioritization models that strengthen institutional planning and coordinated opportunity development across the System. • Collaborating with institutional Admissions Leads to inform outreach and grassroots strategies aligned with institutional priorities and prospective student needs. • Identifying cross-institutional opportunities to expand reach, improve efficiency, and reduce duplication of effort. • Designing scalable engagement playbooks, outreach toolkits, and partnership models that strengthen recruitment effectiveness and align with marketing strategy and brand positioning. • Evaluating emerging student populations, geographic markets, and partnership opportunities to strengthen early pipeline development. • Collaborating with Student Finance and Academic Affairs to ensure engagement practices align with institutional processes and student readiness milestones. • Designing partnership models with employers, community organizations, and educational partners to strengthen early awareness and enrollment pathways. Admissions Capability, Performance Infrastructure, and Technology Enablement Strengthens admissions capability and engagement effectiveness through shared standards, measurable performance benchmarks, enhanced analytic visibility, and workflow modernization. Key Accountabilities Include: • Developing role-based admissions training pathways, performance expectations, and service standards that reinforce student-centered engagement and institutional brand standards. • Defining shared operational principles for admissions interactions, with flexibility for institutional workflows and enrollment cycles. • Facilitating communities of practice to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Facilitating data-informed performance discussions and collaborative improvement planning in partnership with institutional leadership to strengthen team effectiveness and engagement outcomes. • Advancing shared measurement practices and performance insight to inform recruitment strategy and continuous improvement. • Leading the assessment and modernization of admissions engagement workflows and CRM functionality to strengthen conversion visibility, improve automation, enhance system utilization, and increase operational efficiency across the enrollment lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills: • Demonstrated success improving conversion performance, yield, and enrollment outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle. • Experience designing and implementing engagement frameworks, funnel standards, and performance measurement systems. • Strong fluency in enrollment analytics, KPI interpretation, and data-informed operational decision-making. • Experience leading CRM optimization, admissions workflow modernization, or engagement-related technology initiatives. • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in a matrixed or multi-institution environment without direct line authority. • Demonstrated ability to leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics tools to identify enrollment patterns, predict student behavior, optimize recruitment strategies, and deploy intelligent agents or automation to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance. • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Admissions, Marketing, Student Finance, Academic Affairs, Information Technology, and executive leadership. • Strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders. Preferred: • Minimum 5 years of experience in graduate or professional enrollment environments. • 2-4 years of experience evaluating and modernizing admissions technology ecosystems, including CRM platforms and engagement automation tools. • Minimum 5 years of experience building structured admissions capability development programs and performance review frameworks. Education: • Master’s degree required. Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions strategy, or student engagement within higher education • Minimum of 8 years of experience directing enrollment management and strategy across multiple programs, campuses, and institutions.
