Title: Senior SAP Consultant (S/4HANA Fashion) Location : Remote, US Duration : Long Term Contract Travel: 25% SCOPE: The SAP S/4HANA Fashion Consultant will play a critical role in the design, build, and deployment of the S/4 Hana application Greenfield implementation, bringing deep expertise in SAP Fashion & Vertical Business (FVB) to ensure the solution supports our client's end-to-end fashion and retail business processes. This role partners closely with business, IT, and SI teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable, future-ready SAP designs. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture • Lead end-to-end functional design for SAP S/4HANA Fashion, aligned to S/4 Hana application program principles. • Design fashion-specific processes including seasonality, assortments, variants, size/color grids, and lifecycle management. • Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices while meeting client's business differentiation. 2. Business Process Leadership • Partner with business stakeholders across Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. • Translate business requirements into fit-to-standard designs, clearly identifying gaps and extensions. • Provide thought leadership on process simplification, standardization, and automation. 3. Configuration & Build Oversight • Configure SAP S/4HANA Fashion components (e.g., FVB, article master, AFS/Fashion characteristics). • Guide development of RICEFW objects, integrations, and enhancements related to fashion processes. • Ensure cross-module integration with MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, and EWM. 4. S/4 HANA Greenfield Program Execution • Support Greenfield implementation phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy. • Contribute to design governance, ensuring alignment with S/4 HANA application architecture, data, and security standards. • Act as a key functional voice in design reviews, build sign-offs, and go-live readiness. Required Experience & Skills: Functional Expertise • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Fashion / FVB (or ECC AFS with S/4 Fashion exposure). • Deep understanding of fashion, apparel, or teamwear business models. • Experience designing Greenfield SAP implementations. Technical & Integration Knowledge • Working knowledge of core SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, FI/CO. • Understanding of SAP integrations with eCommerce, PLM, WMS, and reporting platforms. • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. Delivery & Leadership • Proven ability to work in large transformation programs with executive visibility. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Comfortable operating in a design-led, ROI-focused, Steering Committee–governed environment.
