Title: Regional Parts Manager – Material Processing Capital Equipment (Dealer) Location: Multi-site responsibility - East Coast, USA (Relocation supported nationally and internationally) Immediate Start An established and fast-growing dealer in aggregate equipment (crushers, screeners, conveyors) is seeking a Regional Parts Manager to take full ownership of its multi-location parts operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to drive performance across teams, vendors, and supply chains along the East Coast of the USA. Key Responsibilities • Lead all parts operations across multiple sites, overseeing inventory, logistics, supply chain, and vendor management. • Collaborate closely with sales and procurement to forecast demand and ensure stock levels meet customer and service needs. • Coach and lead a team of Parts Managers and Coordinators, building accountability, speed, and service. • Strengthen vendor relationships, secure competitive pricing, and improve delivery performance. • Oversee order processing, quote generation, warranty claims, and returns. • Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Requirements • Solid track record in parts leadership, ideally in aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment dealerships. • Deep understanding of inventory control, procurement, vendor negotiations, and logistics. • Strong leadership presence, with experience managing people and performance across locations. • Comfortable using inventory management platforms and Microsoft Office tools. • Willing and able to relocate to the Richmond, VA area – full relocation support provided.
