Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview Mode: Phone/Video Position Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and platform development, including 3 5 years in technical leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across FinTech, SaaS, and other high-growth industries. Core Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including solution design, development, and deployment. • Guide and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore), conduct code reviews, and manage sprint planning. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. • Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
