Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Medical Account Director. The Medical Account Director will be responsible for overseeing account management activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading a team to achieve strategic objectives, and driving sales growth. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to manage projects efficiently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions to clients while meeting organizational goals. Qualifications • Proven experience in Account Management to establish and nurture long-term client relationships. • Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to inspire and guide team efforts toward achieving goals. • Expertise in Sales and the ability to develop strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets. • Solid Project Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients. • A results-oriented mindset with a proven record of exceeding performance objectives. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in the healthcare or related industry is highly desirable.
