Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our a client's site. The Maintenance Person will play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, safety standards, and facility operations, contributing to overall manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities • Weekly mowing, trimming and edging. • Walkway blow-off and light bed clean up. • Quick weed control. • Equipment fueling & basic care. • Litter picking (4 times a week) • Garbage bag replacement. • Photo logs and hazard reporting. • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility regulations during all maintenance tasks Qualifications • Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment. • Landscaping equipment experience. • Strong attention to detail. • Physically fit and safety-conscious. • Reliable and professional. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality standards We thank all interested applicants but only those who meet the the qualifications will be contacted.
