About KAFFA, LLC: KAFFA, LLC (Karate and Fitness for All) is a growing, mission-driven company providing inclusive recreation, adaptive physical education, and after-school programs throughout New York City. We serve children, teens, and adults, including those with special needs . We look to build creative and engaging fitness and wellness experiences that build confidence and community. We’re expanding our reach and seeking an energetic Remote Fundraiser to help secure partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities that support our youth and community programs. Experience with youth based programming, DOE and youth development funders is a plus. Position Overview: The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing creative fundraising strategies to bring in new financial support for KAFFA programs. This is a remote, part-time, incentive-based position, ideal for self-motivated professionals with experience in fundraising, business development, or nonprofit development who are driven by measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Research, identify, and contact potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners • Write and submit sponsorship proposals, partnership pitches, and fundraising communications • Manage fundraising campaigns and track outreach activities • Maintain accurate donor and sponsor records • Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly and quarterly fundraising goals • Represent KAFFA’s mission and programs with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or sales preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who can manage deadlines independently in a remote environment • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities • Familiarity with education, recreation, for-profit and nonprofit sectors a plus • Comfortable working on a performance-based pay model Compensation: • Monthly base stipend (commensurate with experience) • Incentive bonuses for each secured partnership, sponsorship, or funding milestone • Opportunity for growth into a long-term Development or Sponsorship Manager role Why Work With KAFFA: • 100% Remote – set your own hours • Mission-driven company focused on inclusion and community wellness • Performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential • Be part of a small, passionate team making a real difference How to Apply: Apply directly on Indeed or send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your fundraising experience and interest in KAFFA’s mission, to info@kaffawellness.com Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.77 - $28.63 per hour Expected hours: 6 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote
