Kaduceus is seeking a Healthcare Programs Manager to oversee our Career & Technical Education (CTE) healthcare programs for high school students. These programs give students the opportunity to graduate with certifications in their chosen healthcare fields—equipping them with a direct path into meaningful careers. What You’ll Do As Healthcare Programs Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our teachers, program coordinators, and leadership team. You’ll ensure our programs stay aligned with industry standards while supporting teachers with the training and resources they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Teacher Interaction & Support • Provide monthly check-ins with teachers to build rapport and address concerns. • Train and guide teachers in the use of Kaduceus’ proprietary curriculum and LMS platform. • Maintain open availability for teacher and coordinator calls, texts, and emails. Curriculum Oversight & Training • Manage, review, and update online curriculum across multiple programs. • Collaborate with third-party entities for annual curriculum corrections and updates. • Implement immediate edits as needed to keep curriculum current and accurate. • Host biannual Teacher Trainings via Zoom (Spring and Fall) to instruct new teachers on using the LMS portal and curriculum effectively. Administrative Leadership • Oversee the Kaduceus online portal and assist teachers with access and functionality. • Keep all program materials—exams, labs, assignments, worksheets—updated with industry changes. • Work with Program Coordinators to stay ahead of evolving healthcare standards. • Provide leadership and oversight to Client Relations Support personnel. Note: The Client Relations Support role functions as an assistant to the Programs Manager. • Attend weekly staff meetings (Wednesdays via Zoom) and bi-weekly coordinator meetings. Programs You’ll Oversee Directly • Medical Assistant • Certified Nurse Assistant • Patient Care Technician • Principles & Foundations of Health Science • EKG Technician • Phlebotomy Technician Additional programs, such as Pharmacy Technician, SPAT, Veterinary Assistant, and Medical Billing & Coding, will be overseen by Program Coordinators, with your guidance and collaboration. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years of healthcare industry experience. • At least 1 year of teaching experience. • Current valid industry certification or license. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with consultants, coordinators, and support staff. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
