The Business Analyst will act as the main liaison between business clients and technical teams, managing project lifecycles and translating business needs into technical specifications. Responsibilities • Analyze, define and document requirements and business processes • Develop systems specifications, process flow and conversion strategies • Create technical and functional user documentation • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications • Identifies and documents process improvements and functional specifications based on research of best practices and analysis of work group data • Perform analysis on existing systems; identifying options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability • Work between remote development teams, internal IT and business to ensure requirements are being met Skills • 3+ years of software development business analysis • E-commerce project experience a plus • BS/BA Degree • Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes • Experience using a recognized software development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN • Facilitation skills with clients and peers • Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization • Written communication skills including process documentation • Business requirements gathering Company Overview • We are a global leader in technology solutions, empowering businesses to thrive in a digital world through innovation, expertise, and unparalleled service.
