K3-Innovations, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Material Review in Marketing Operations to support the review, approval, and lifecycle management of promotional materials in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves facilitating collaboration across various departments and ensuring compliance with MLR policies and timelines. Responsibilities • Facilitate cross-functional review and approval of: • Advertising materials • Promotional materials • Sales training materials • Promotional labeling materials • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and advertising agencies • Communicate material status clearly and consistently to all partners • Provide tactical project management and timeline oversight through the Material Review Process (MRP) • Support, consult, and train team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within MRP systems • Ensure timely reviews by U.S. Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders • Identify process improvements and share lessons learned across teams Skills • 5+ years of Project Management experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communications, or a related field • Pharmaceutical industry experience • Understanding of the MLR process, policies, and review systems • Experience working with print and digital marketing materials • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar review platforms • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Working knowledge of Smartsheets • Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to forecast, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Experience identifying and applying process improvements and lessons learned • Data-driven decision-making skills • Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting capabilities • Adaptability in a fast-changing, regulated environment Company Overview • K3-Innovations is redefining clinical research with a strategic scaling approach, blending AI-powered automation, adaptive clinical resourcing, and advanced data science.
