This role blends HR operations with employee experience, ensuring our team feels supported while our leaders stay focused on strategy About You You’re an organized, proactive professional who thrives on execution and consistency. With a few years of HR or people operations experience under your belt, you’re ready for a seat that balances operational backbone with human connection. You don’t just manage tasks — you create clarity, document processes, and ensure people feel supported. At a minimum, you bring: • 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or related employee-facing roles • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort with recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support • A collaborative mindset with adaptability and follow-through • A servant-leadership philosophy and alignment with K2United’s values Your Impact As the HX Operations & Employee Experience Partner, you will be a critical connector across the organization. You’ll ensure employees feel consistently supported while freeing leadership to focus on strategy. You’ll blend recruiting coordination, onboarding logistics, employee support, and engagement activities with process documentation and knowledge base management. Your day-to-day work will: • Provide a first line of support for employee questions (benefits, policies, VOE requests, record updates) • Manage recruiting coordination: job postings, applicant flow, resume reviews, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication • Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure smooth transitions for employees and temps • Maintain the HX knowledge base and document workflows, ensuring processes are clear, accessible, and repeatable • Run employee engagement touchpoints: check-ins, recognition nominations, and light-pulse feedback activities • Act as a bridge role: documenting, tracking, and surfacing priorities to keep HX leadership aligned Jira, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Outlook, MS Forms, Booking app — and other tools that support employee communication, tracking, and engagement. Salary & Benefits We’re invested in the people who make our success possible. As a K2United employee, you’ll enjoy: • Flexible schedules and remote working options • Low-cost, comprehensive medical benefits for employees and families • Quarterly Wellness Reimbursement Program • 401(k) with company match and tax-saving benefits • Generous PTO and leave policies, including paid parental leave • Continuing education and professional development support • Companywide incentive program • Robust employee engagement program (in-person and virtual events) Requirements Applicants must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a credit and background investigation as part of the selection process.
