Office Manager Location: Southeast Michigan Type: Full-Time, Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: ~$60,000 base (flexible for the right candidate) Long-Term Growth: $80,000–$100,000 as the business continues to scale About the Opportunity A privately held business in the cell tower and telecom infrastructure space is seeking a highly trusted and experienced Office Manager to play a critical role in day-to-day operations and long-term stability. This position serves as the organizational backbone of the office—ensuring administrative functions run smoothly, sensitive matters are handled with discretion, and the workplace remains structured, professional, and positive. What You’ll Do • Keep the office organized, structured, and running smoothly on a daily basis • Oversee office administration, including bills, paperwork, and clerical processes • Provide light bookkeeping support (external accountant handles core financial work) • Assist with tax-related documentation and administrative preparation • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Maintain office morale, culture, and consistency • Act as a stabilizing, reliable presence for leadership and staff What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information • High level of reliability, professionalism, and emotional intelligence • Strong soft skills with the ability to support leadership and team dynamics • Experience supporting ownership or executive leadership preferred
