The K-Piano Online Teacher is responsible for the direct administration of the K- Piano Curriculum via online platforms. As a dedicated partner in the journey of developing young learners, the K-Piano Teacher must expertly utilize the necessary learning technology, materials, and teaching techniques to effectively manage and teach online classes with 25+ students simultaneously. This role involves preparing, teaching, assessing, and documenting lesson outcomes to track student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of each lesson. The K-Piano Teacher is also responsible for entering and managing student performance data, using this information to adapt and differentiate instruction to maximize impact. The K-Piano Teacher is responsible for learning the curriculum and presenting it in an engaging and inspiring way that motivates students to fully participate in the learning process. Utilizing professional judgment, the teacher will identify specific needs and characteristics of each class, adjusting lesson delivery as necessary to ensure the best educational experience for all students. Ultimately a successful K- Piano Teacher will inspire, entertain, and effectively educate large groups of students consistently via online platforms.
