Now Hiring: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians Work Orders • Turnovers • No On-Call We`re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp-to-hire, full-time, and temporary roles across Northern California! • Maintenance Technicians: $25-$26/hr. What You`ll Be Doing: • Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes (make-readies) • Complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units • General repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting • Assist with exterior maintenance as needed • Provide excellent customer service to residents • Support the on-site team during downtime with porter/grounds duties What You`ll Need: • 1+ year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings • Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs • Bonus if you have experience with HVAC, appliances, or carpentry • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator Ready to work where your skills are valued-and your time is respected?
