Job Description: • Reporting directly to the VP/GM Safety Identification, lead and manage all sales and business development for safety identification products • Build and manage a growing sales team • Design and implement profitable programs and customer service efficiencies • Review performance against operating plans and standards and advise on needed changes • Collaborate with CFO on cost estimates and manpower forecasts • Define and coordinate sales training programs for staff development Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of study (advanced management degree preferred) • >10 years proven success in sales with over half of this in sales management and leadership positions • Excellent growth performance track record and employee management skills • Experience building and managing direct and channel sales teams • Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of sales process • Background in a fast paced, B2B technology sales environment is a must • History of helping sales teams in closing large strategic partners and deals • Experience in implementing and managing a metrics-based sales organization • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners • Able and willing to travel at 50% or greater Benefits: • comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • flexible hours and alternative work arrangements • 401K plan with company match • company-paid short and long-term disability insurance • generous paid time off • personal days • employee wellness program
