Full Description

JustinBradley's client, an expert in securitization and technology in the housing finance market, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Regulatory Operations Analyst to support regulatory examinations, control testing, and documentation management. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in business analysis, program operations, or risk management. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, streamline processes, and ensure accurate, timely responses to regulatory requests. Key Responsibilities • Support regulatory examinations by identifying and tracking follow-ups, preparing communications, coordinating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and reviewing/submitting documentation. • Assist with analysis of regulatory requirements, including facilitating reviews with stakeholders, tracking client responses, following up, and reviewing submitted responses. • Upgrade, reorganize, and maintain the team’s SharePoint document management sites for improved efficiency and usability. • Conduct control testing by reviewing documentation, assessing control design and operating effectiveness, compiling results, and providing recommendations. Requirements • Minimum of five years of related experience in business analysis, program operations, risk management, or a similar field. • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious approach to analyzing and validating metrics, reports, and documentation. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, troubleshoot effectively, and secure buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
