Full Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role will own the infrastructure, processes, and execution that power our marketing campaigns across channels. You’ll work closely with enterprise customer and engineering to ensure our campaign optimizations are scalable, accurate, and performance-driven. Responsibilities Manage and optimize campaign execution in email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms. Ensure flawless QA and attention to detail in campaign setup, testing, and deployment. Build and maintain integrations across systems (CRM, ESPs, analytics, customer data platforms) using APIs, webhooks, and other connectors. Partner with engineering to troubleshoot data pipelines, user journeys, and event tracking. Develop templates, modular assets, and scalable processes for marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS). Own and enforce data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Build reporting and dashboards to track campaign performance, attribution, and ROI. Support A/B and multivariate testing by setting up experiments and ensuring accurate tracking. Train and enable marketing team members on systems, workflows, and operational best practices. Requirements 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or related roles. Deep knowledge of ESPs/marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar). Strong technical skills with APIs, webhooks, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript. High attention to detail — you catch errors before they ship. Experience working with CRMs (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io) and customer data platforms (Segment, MixPanel, etc.). Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Looker, Amplitude). Excellent project management and communication skills; able to coordinate cross-functionally. Problem-solver mindset with ability to quickly troubleshoot issues across systems. Nice to Have SQL or Python for data analysis. Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Statsig).
