Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to manage and oversee employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering benefits plans, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding their benefits options. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits systems, regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth benefits administration and employee relations. Training on our specific benefits offering. Duties • Administer employee benefits programs for our cafeteria plan offering. • Manage benefits enrollment processes and conduct employee orientation sessions related to benefits offerings. • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HIPAA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Will work with our third-party on this aspect. • Conduct data collection and analysis for benefits reporting and regulatory compliance such as Medicare reporting. • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits data • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure correct deductions and contributions related to benefits plans. • Assist in employee evaluation processes and support employee relations initiatives related to benefits. • Negotiate with vendors and insurance providers to optimize benefits offerings while maintaining compliance standards. • Support training & development initiatives by providing resources on benefits options and policies. • Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance. Skills • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as ClickUp. • Familiarity with benefits administration processes and tools. • In-depth understanding of employment & labor law regulations including HIPAA compliance. • Experience with payroll integration related to benefits deductions and contributions. • Excellent communication skills for employee orientation sessions and internal stakeholder collaboration. • Data analysis skills for regulatory reporting and benefits program evaluation. • Negotiation skills for vendor management and contract negotiations. • Ability to interpret contracts related to employee benefits programs. • Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures and Medicare regulations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
