In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of your work, moving fluidly between discovery, design, development and deployment. Some days you will be deep in technical investigation mode - reverse-engineering systems, navigating messy APIs, and figuring things out with limited documentation. Other days, you’ll be the architect of scalable solutions, shaping production-ready code and delivering value to customers with confidence and clarity. You will work across a range of projects, collaborating with a supportive, remote-first team that values autonomy, creativity and impact. This is a role for someone who gets energy from variety and enjoys switching gears—solving messy problems one day and polishing solutions the next What You’ll Be Doing Java Development: Contribute to and improve our Java codebase with a focus on writing well-organized and maintainable code Scripting & Automation: Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.) and automation technologies (GitHub actions, Automatic deployment tools) to automate processes and extend system functionality System Integration: Design and implement integrations with 3rd party databases, APIs, and data storage systems Customer Infrastructure: Engage directly with remote customer environments to understand architecture and design implementation plans that optimize for scale and reliability Customer Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to our customers—translating their needs into tailored, scalable solutions Cloud Infrastructure: Work with cloud-based systems (AWS) to deploy, monitor and scale applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across customer environments ** PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN PDF - OTHERWISE YOUR RESUME MAY NOT BE VIEWED** What We’re Looking For A senior engineer with deep technical expertise, especially in integrations, APIs and system architecture Comfortable reverse engineering system components and diving into customer databases, infrastructure, and codebases to understand how they work and integrate effectively Curious, resourceful, and energized by learning on the fly Self-starter with a bias for action and a strong sense of end-to-end ownership Customer-oriented, motivated by real-world impact and the satisfaction of solving hands-on, meaningful problems Strong communicator who can distill complexity and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders Passionate about building systems that empower others to work more effectively, and driven to challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions Your Impact As a Senior Software Engineer, your work will directly shape how our product evolves and delivers value for our customers.
