Full Description

JURISolutions is seeking a Commercial Software Procurement Analyst to join our pharmaceutical industry client's team for a 5-month, remote engagement. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive software procurement framework, mapping digital and technology processes and contracting best practices across commercial regions. You will partner closely with Digital Health, AI Governance, Legal, Technology, and Enterprise Business Units to support scouting for new digital capabilities, establish governance, and ensure best-in-class software and SaaS procurement. The role includes creating procurement strategies and playbooks, delivering cost savings and other value, managing risk and governance, and providing subject matter expertise in digital healthcare procurement. You will lead stakeholder engagement, guide and coach procurement teams, and ensure sourcing, supplier management, and commercial decisions align with overall business strategy, while contributing insights, innovation, and measurable benefits at a regional or global level. While this role can be done remotely, candidates willing to commute in-person to our client's Gaithersburg, MD office (when necessary) are preferred.
